About the Role As a SEND Tutor, you'll provide personalised, one-to one support for children with additional learning needs, helping them achieve their educational goals in a positive and encouraging environment.
Delivering individual tuition tailored to each pupil's strengths, challenges and learning objectives.
Creating and adapting lesson plans that align with each child's individual needs and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), where applicable.
Supporting learners who are unable to access a mainstream classroom setting.
About you We're looking for tutors who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
Have experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia or other learning differences.
Be able to adapt your teaching approach to suit each individual's preferred learning style.
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and their families through excellent communication skills.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have previous tutoring experience, or possess relevant experience within an educational setting (preferred but not essential). £25£35 per hour - Term-time only Ready to make a difference?
