As the DELMIA Tech Sales Consultant – Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), you'll work with leading manufacturers across the Benelux, Nordics and the UK & Ireland to help them transform the way they plan, execute and optimize manufacturing operations.

Combining manufacturing expertise with consultative engagement, you'll translate customer challenges into value-driven DELMIA MOM solution approaches.

Based from our UK offices, you will work in multidisciplinary teams, combining manufacturing expertise, business insight and technology to support customers throughout their transformation journey.

Your mission is to become a trusted advisor to manufacturing organizations.

Through discovery workshops, consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations, you'll help customers envision how DELMIA Manufacturing Operations Management can solve real operational challenges and deliver measurable business value.

  • What you'll be working on
  • Every customer engagement is different, but your work will typically include:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their manufacturing operations, business objectives and transformation ambitions, facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders across Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Logistics, Planning and IT.
  • Translating customer challenges into compelling DELMIA MOM solution approaches and delivering tailored demonstrations that clearly articulate business value.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Services, DELMIA Brand and Partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and technical discussions to proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Building trusted customer relationships through your manufacturing expertise, technology insight and consultative approach.
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of manufacturing processes, emerging technologies and the DELMIA portfolio while sharing knowledge across the team.

You'll thrive in this role if you...

  • We're looking for someone who is curious about manufacturing and enjoys helping customers solve complex operational challenges. You'll likely bring many of the following;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant professional experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • Direct experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), digital manufacturing or related enterprise software, together with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, quality, logistics, planning and traceability.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, implementation consulting or solution architecture, with the ability to facilitate workshops, deliver engaging demonstrations and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing environments, system integration and technologies such as ERP, SQL, APIs or C#/.

Hands-on development experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • As your experience grows, you'll independently lead technical customer engagements and become a trusted advisor, recognized for connecting manufacturing challenges with practical solutions.
