Program Overview
- Join experienced sales teams, receive guidance from senior staff and demonstrate your skills and curiosity on customer-facing projects.
- Learn about our core products and industrial applications, and develop your skills in business, technical and leadership areas.
- Move into the direct sales team and continue your career with us.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Client Executive supporting with strategic sales development and account management.
- Deliver market development plans for strategic Consumer Packaged Goods accounts with the contribution of Dassault Systèmes’ ecosystem and consistent with our sales process.
- Learn to conduct qualifying conversations with prospects in a consultative approach by phone to determine business needs, budget, and timeline.
- Use multiple tactics to engage with new accounts: social selling, phone, email and sales campaigns/webinars.
- Respond to inbound inquiries generated by website content and marketing campaigns.
- Support execution of Account Based Marketing campaigns as part of a cross-functional team.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions, services, industries and workflows by leveraging internal and external training resources.
Qualifications
- We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- Confident in presenting and holding meetings and working directly in a customer environment.
- Able to assimilate information quickly, take on specific tasks with focus and motivation while working in a dynamic team environment and providing a high level of communication to key stakeholders.
- Able to work as part of a team and be confident questioning the current thinking.
- Well-organised and structured.
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
