The CATIA Account Manager will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by performing end-to-end customer engagements. Your mission is to gain customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which you will be accountable to engage on value through internal framework.
- Lead account strategy by defining clear objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage a highly consultative and complex sales cycle.
- Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy for assigned accounts/territory.
- Network internally within the larger 3DS ecosystem to form and leverage relationships to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior level executive contacts and confidently articulate a transformational vision.
- Heavy prospecting within target clients to uncover sales opportunities.
- Leverage principles of enterprise/group selling to navigate large potential clients and build relationships.
- Document and maintain all activities, account sales strategy and opportunity process.
- Negotiate and close business to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in a quota carrying software sales role.
- Experience using and/or selling CAD Software or MBSE solutions.
- Prior Engineering or Consulting Experience a plus.
- Strong Account Management Skills.
- Effective communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong collaborative and team building skills.
- Effective relationship building skills.
