Are you ready to kick-start your career in business and customer-facing roles? Dassault Systèmes’ award-winning Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month, training program designed for new and recent college graduates. This Program will accelerate your professional growth, leadership opportunities, and hands‑on experience in a global technology leader.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in an immersive boot camp, learning Dassault Systèmes’ solutions, business model, and processes.
- Collaborate with the North American Business Development Team in support of Company growth and market expansion.
- Engage with the Sales Transaction Support team to understand the end‑to‑end sales process through hands‑on activities, learning the tools and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Engage in hands‑on customer outreach, including warm and cold calls, gaining practical experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Develop your presentation and pitching skills through corporate storytelling and learning sessions in our Americas Customer Briefing Center.
- Participate in project work, shadowing, and receiving mentorship from seasoned 3DS leaders, accelerating your readiness for customer‑facing roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business.
- Up to 2 years’ experience in a client‑facing role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite at our Waltham, MA Campus.
- Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes’ brands or industries is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $74,600 and $85,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
