Key Responsibilities & Strategic Influence
- Regional Strategy & Execution: You will evolve and implement a multi-year sales strategy for the EMEA region, to deliver double digit growth in our market segments and ensure the sustainable expansion of our market share.
- Elite Team Leadership: You will lead, grow and mentor our Enterprise sales organisation whilst coaching and inspiring our high-performing sales teams across all our key segments. You will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation to consistently exceed commercial targets.
- Organizational Figurehead: As the preeminent leader for Life Sciences in Europe, you will act as a bridge between the brand and the market, building executive-level relationships and representing Dassault Systèmes at industry-defining forums.
- Cross-Functional Governance: You will chair the European Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring operational synergy across all our business functions and also sit on the Global Sales Leadership team where you will influence our broader corporate trajectory and ensure EMEA’s voice shapes our worldwide strategy.
