Thomson Reuters is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director to lead Global Audit Sales across the UK/I, LATAM, broader Europe, and AEM regions. This high-impact role goes beyond sales leadership, requiring a visionary who can drive market expansion through integrated sales and retention strategies within a matrix environment in close partnership with other functions, such as product, technology and marketing. About the Role

  • Lead a multi‑regional sales organization across UK/I, LATAM, Europe, and AEM, managing regional managers and their teams with a focus on driving sales performance and improving customer retention through proactive engagement and value realization.
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive adoption, growth, and exceed revenue targets across all regions.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, with a focus on SaaS, analytics, and open banking solutions.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to executive leadership, providing insights into performance, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Monitor global audit trends and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross‑functional leaders—including Product Engineering, Professional Services, and other key teams—to enable sales strategy execution and drive both revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Champion innovation and operational excellence, continuously improving sales processes and team effectiveness.
  • Represent Thomson Reuters externally, building relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders across regions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the global sales strategy for Audit solutions across UK/I, LATAM, Europe, and AEM, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop regional managers and their teams, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring talent readiness across all regions.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver revenue targets across multiple geographies, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.

About You

We’re looking for a proven global sales leader with:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers and multi‑regional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets across diverse markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services sectors preferred.
  • Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Global experience: lived in / worked across multiple markets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
