Power To Fly is seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate manufacturing and production processes on the line.

You will monitor performance, coach operators, and ensure the production schedule is followed to meet customer requirements.

You will lead training initiatives, manage downtime proactively, and collaborate with NPI teams to prioritise builds while maintaining Quality Management System standards.
