Performance Marketing Manager – Metasearch Campaign Management Expedia Group is seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the Metasearch Campaign Management team. This role is a high‑impact individual contributor position responsible for leading Metasearch’s weekly business review meetings, analyzing channel performance, delivering actionable insights, partnering with stakeholders to execute, and driving data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive highly analytical projects to identify key business trends and optimization opportunities, and deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Lead Metasearch Weekly Business Review meetings.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Metasearch channel strategy and optimization levers.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify successes and failures, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of internal and external data sources to assess customer behaviors, market trends, channel performance, and campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute and translate data and findings into clear narratives and visualizations that influence business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivering high‑quality outputs.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budget allocation with robust analytical input.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business impact.
  • Proven experience of portfolio management or equivalent, and leading high‑scale projects.
  • Strong background in e‑commerce marketing strategies and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including VP+.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a plus.
