Introduction to the Team

We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.

We are looking for a motivated individual contributor with phenomenal analytical and storytelling skills to join our global team to manage Air and Package Metasearch partnerships! You’ll be at the forefront of data analysis, handling data to advise business decisions to support the Metasearch team.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand the complexities of partner campaign performance drivers and conduct in depth analysis to capture impactful insights on growth opportunities and measure channel performance.
  • Optimize campaign delivery to grow bookings at a targeted return on investment, ensuring the right balances across spend, volume, and efficiency.
  • Recommend changes to spend levels, surface test opportunities, develop measurement frameworks, and evaluate experiment results.
  • Build regular reporting and dashboards that enable P&L management, highlight performance trends, and support day‐to‐day decision‐making.
  • Ensure ads are correctly configured, performing as expected, and tracked consistently across internal and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with partners and cross‐functional teams, driving swift, data‐backed resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal collaborators and external Metasearch partners.
  • Stay informed on industry and competitive trends, proactively sharing insights, test results, and market developments to strengthen team strategy.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical focus, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in the Air/Flights/Airlines domain is highly preferable, especially within performance marketing or commercial analytics.
  • Experience working in a data‐driven commercial environment.
  • 3+ years in online marketing; CPC campaign management (Metasearch or SEM) preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data at scale, understanding databases, and navigating large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel; basic–intermediate SQL required.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python or other data‐processing languages a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with comfort using data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex, time‐sensitive initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and a self‐starter who takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative, with a bias for action.
  • Passion for the travel industry a strong plus.
