Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while identifying and developing new sales opportunities in both Maxillofacial and Neuro specialty accounts, covering a range of products including rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, neuro closure devices and patient‑specific implants.

Working closely with an experienced Sales Manager, you will foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and support field customer education to drive engagement and commercial success.

You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker’s presence in targeted accounts, consistently demonstrating exemplary customer service and a patient‑focused approach.

Qualifications

  • B. A. or B. S degree ideally in a science or business‑based subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in anatomy and physiology.
  • Some clinical, sales or business experience is advantageous.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to grow.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.

  • Team‑player attitude.
  • Leadership or position of responsibility within a team, group or community.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
