Role Description
- Own and manage a calendar of community initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead planning and delivery of planned activities, including community events, digital competitions, and awards programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that engages and activates our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Community Lead to develop growth-led community strategies informed by data and insights.
- Craft marketing content across multiple channels, including social media, blog, newsletters, and others as needed.
- Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance initiative execution.
- Keep team members accountable for their responsibilities across projects.
- Analyze initiative performance and report actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support the development of feedback loops between the community and product teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing digital marketing programs or events, ideally in a community context.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a wide range of tactics; a versatile digital marketing generalist.
- Comfortable with ownership—driving ideas from concept to execution and delivering outcomes across the full community marketing toolkit.
- Able to identify blockers and work with stakeholders to clear the way.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into recommendations.
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to create compelling content and manage creative workflows.
- Ideally experience with AI tools and a passion for responsible innovation.
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally Copilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Canva and Photoshop; quick to learn new tools.
