Job Location United Kingdom What The Role Is As a Senior Solutions Architect (SA), you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and community.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical point of contact for Enterprise clients.
Develop deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how our offerings address their needs.
Create and own value‑based relationships at all levels.
Participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from discovery to technical win.
Demonstrate the value of our products during sales meetings and events such as meetups and conferences.
Advise sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
Onboard, educate, and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
Act as voice of the customer and community, communicating needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership.
Deepen sales and technical skills through self‑driven education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements Minimum 4 years of success in a technical presales role—selling, demonstrating, and implementing technology.
Experience with at least one of: enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity.
Experience with cybersecurity or observability is a strong advantage.
Experience working within the Enterprise sector.
Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
Passion for curiosity and continuous learning.
History of successful customer relations and architectures that achieved goals.
Influence: proven ability to influence teams on ideas, technology, or architectural patterns.
Ability to inspire large and small groups.
Willingness to travel 30% within a region and occasionally internationally.
Fluent in English (business level).
