We’re seeking someone to join our Liquidity Reporting team as an Associate in Finance Shared Services, to prepare, calculate and file internal and external liquidity reporting required by the Firm's Regulators. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is an Associate level position within the Corporate Controllers, Reporting and Accounting job family.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
  • Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products
  • Adhere to the Firm’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
  • Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
  • Prepare sections of the daily and monthly liquidity reporting for the Firm.
  • Undertake analysis of liquidity reporting data to validate, understand and provide commentary on key business drivers.
  • Participate in improvement efforts including department level work streams and IT automation initiatives.
  • Ensure liquidity reporting adheres to the defined control framework and is consistent with other reporting produced across the wider team.

  • Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences
  • Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
