Overview

We are seeking an Operations and Support Associate to support and coordinate timelines and distribute HR communications with quality, consistency, and speed within the Corporate Communications department.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake, scheduling, and execution of HR communications across initiatives and audiences.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, consolidate feedback, and finalize materials.
  • Maintain calendars, trackers, and governance tools to keep work visible and on schedule.
  • Apply templates and standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and readiness for approval.
  • Support content distribution across channels (e. g., AEM, Blastmail/Blast IM) and audience targeting as needed.
  • Maintain entitlement segments and distribution lists to ensure content reaches the right audiences.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise working across groups – strong coordination skills and reliable follow-through.
  • Typically 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or employee communications, communications coordination, project coordination, and/or operations support.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong foundation in writing and editing; commitment to quality.
  • A do‑it‑right, do‑it‑simple, tech‑enabled mindset.
  • Preferred: HR subject‑matter expertise (or strong interest in developing HR fluency quickly).
  • Regulatory Requirements
