The Finance Manager will primarily provide end-to-end finance support for the Corporate - Europe Subsegment. Corporate - Europe business serves Europe HQ’d Corporations by selling a suite of products for Tax and GC office of Corporations, and is one of the fastest growing businesses in corporates segment. This role partners with Sales and Retention leadership team to drive sales performance and revenue growth, provide decision support, and help steer and execute the overall business strategy. This leader will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support Business and Finance AI transformation.

About The Role:

  • Ownership of GTM channel planning for Corp-Europe subsegment and support including pipeline driven Sales forecasting, provide Churn analytics, mitigate financial risks.
  • Participates actively in development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business including overall renewal strategy.
  • Perform Product and Customer analytics and lead the delivery of accurate and timely sales and revenue financial results.
  • Partner closely with the sales, retention and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast.
  • Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and revenue.
  • Ensure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in making sound strategic decisions for the business.
  • Develop solid relationships with all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective and trusted advisor.
  • Communicate effectively to senior business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearly.
  • Mentor and develop a team of three individuals to help create solutions to problems. Set team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.

About You:

  • College degree required and graduate degree or certification in business or finance (such as MBA or CPA) strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
  • Experience supporting high performing sales and retention organization.
  • Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data.

  • Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and people skills; Ability to openly and confidently story tell with senior management and challenge/influence all areas of the business.
  • Strategic and critical thinker.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate adoption of the TR Values.
