In this role, you will support the manufacture of Stryker products to the required quality standards, helping ensure our medical devices reach the people who need them.

What you will do:

  • Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.
  • Work efficiently on a production line in a fast‑paced environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets.
  • Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.
  • Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safety‑focused work area in line with site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day‑to‑day operations and resolve issues promptly.

What you will need:

  • GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
  • A strong team‑player mindset with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards accurately.
