What you'll do:
- Develop and implement loyalty and lifecycle CRM strategies designed to capture share of wallet and drive first bookings and repeat from new members across Expedia, Hotels.com and VRBO.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, owning annual, quarterly, and campaign-level planning, forecasting, and business casing to deliver against commercial objectives and brand targets.
- Develop targeted, multi-channel CRM journeys to drive first booking behaviour and repeat, tailoring the content and levers to the audience.
- Identify data driven opportunities to enhance lifecycle incentive campaigns through testing, analysis, research and modelling, across levers such as audience targeting, incentive value, incentive timing, content, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end development of lifecycle incentive campaigns, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Capabilities, Finance and Analytics.
- Ensure seamless E2E traveler experience for each campaign across email, push and in-product placements, through briefing and sign-off.
- Manage and communicate campaign performance across the organization, using test results and ongoing performance to optimize plans and ensure delivery against targets.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing or commercial role, preferably in the e-commerce and/or online marketing space, and/or with exposure to lifecycle, incentives and promotions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive delivery through a cross functional team.
- Demonstratable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive to marketing objectives through data and structured test and learn.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience in structuring business cases.
- Able to communicate complex concepts and results in a clear way across different levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics a plus.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other communication tools are all a plus.
