Skills & Competencies
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketo, delivering end-to-end outbound campaigns — from program build and asset creation through segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance reporting
- Advanced working knowledge of Cvent, including registration strategy, site builds, attendee journeys, reporting, mobile apps, and platform integrations
- Proven experience managing webinar and virtual event platforms (e.g. ON24, Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo) across live and on-demand experiences
- Strong understanding of MarTech and CRM ecosystems, with the ability to manage integrations, data flows, attribution, and lead scoring end to end
- Practical experience applying AI-driven capabilities to improve automation, audience targeting, personalization, predictive insights, and platform efficiency
- Highly data-literate, with a clear understanding of why data hygiene and integrity matter across the full marketing and event funnel
- Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn strategy into repeatable, scalable delivery, while staying current on where event and marketing technology is heading
- Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple platforms, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, execution-led role with real strategic exposure, designed for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of events, marketing, and technology. You will own the day-to-day delivery of the event technology roadmap while contributing to longer-term platform and capability planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and evolve the event technology stack that powers Moody’s global events program, ensuring platforms are optimized, integrated, and ready to scale
- Lead day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Cvent, Marketo, and related platforms
- Build and execute end-to-end Marketo campaigns, including segmentation, QA, deployment, and post-campaign reporting
- Manage integrations between event platforms, CRM, and the broader MarTech stack to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data
- Serve as the primary owner for webinar and virtual event delivery, overseeing setup, execution, and optimization across platforms
- Build and maintain event registration sites, attendee portals, and mobile apps that support seamless attendee experiences
- Develop reporting and analytics that measure event performance, support attribution, and surface insights for marketing and sales partners
- Identify and apply AI-driven features to automate workflows, enhance personalization, and reduce manual effort for the team
- Partner closely with marketing, demand generation, and sales operations teams to align event data with lead scoring and pipeline tracking
- Act as the team’s event technology subject matter expert, supporting vendor relationships, renewals, roadmap planning, and tool evaluation
- Train and guide team members on platform best practices, new features, and evolving capabilities
- Stay ahead of event technology and MarTech trends, translating what’s next into practical, high-impact recommendations
- Partner closely with the Director, Event Operations on platform decisions, roadmap priorities, and long-term technology direction
