The Finance Apprentice role is a developmental position within the finance team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, including 1 day per week for study at Milton Keynes College. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week with flexibility to suit business needs. Upon completion of the apprenticeship you will obtain an AAT qualification.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Processing monthly direct debit invoices
- Liaising with colleagues on invoice processing
- Preparing journal entries
- Posting journal entries
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing goods received not invoiced and chasing to close out open purchase orders
Qualifications:
- Obtained equivalent GCSEs in Maths and English Language and Literature grade 5/B or above, including a 4/C or above in all other subjects taken
- Must have been a UK resident or citizen for 3 years or more
- Good communication and high attention to detail
- Proactive and action‑oriented
- Reliable and organized when managing own workload
