We are looking for a talented Mechanical Maintenance – Level III person to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
Job Summary
Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Experience with industrial maintenance is required. This is a multicraft position, so mechanical and electrical skills are necessary for equipment repairs. Work with industrial controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and motors are typical skills required. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's is required, but programming skills are not required. Experience with Fanuc Robots is desired. Tasks are mostly limited to troubleshooting or minor touchups on positions. Robotic welding, resistance welding, and CNC machining experience is desired. Must be able to work 2nd shift. (3:00pm to 11:20pm)
Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/On‑site.
