This is a fixed term contract up to 24 months, with the potential for a permanent contract.
Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of
- Mornings: Monday to Friday 6.45am – 2.45pm
- Afternoons: Monday to Friday 3.00pm – 11.00pm

To be successful in this role you will need the following

- Manufacturing Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and applications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Attention to Detail: Follow procedures meticulously to ensure quality and accuracy, quickly identify and address quality issues, and minimize downtime.
- Although not required as training will be provided, candidates with experience operating any PIV help to contribute to a safe, more efficient and productive workplace.
- Time Keeping: Delivering material in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and keeping the production line running smoothly.
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within the Materials team and across departments. Communicate clearly about processes, issues, and safety concerns.
- PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) Experience.
