What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and supervise all electrical works on New Electrical Installation sites.
  • Work hands on in conjunction with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
  • Assist the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day to day people management issues on site.
  • Liaise directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery.
  • Instill a core embracement of Powersystems’ values of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in site operators.

What We’re Looking For – Site Management

  • 3+ Years of site management experience on complex electrical installations.
  • Successful completion of SMSTS training.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with and respect from site employees.
  • Electrical Qualifications or Experience is desirable.
  • New installation in the Energy Sector experience is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK.
