What You’ll Do
- Oversee and supervise all electrical works on New Electrical Installation sites
- Work hands on in conjunction with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams
- Assist the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day to day people management issues on site
- Liaise directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery
- Instill a core embracement of Powersystems’ values of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in site operators
What We’re Looking For – Site Management
- 3+ Years of site management experience on complex electrical installations
- Successful completion of SMSTS training
- Ability to quickly build rapport with and respect from site employees
- Electrical Qualifications or Experience is desirable
- New installation in the Energy Sector experience is advantageous
- Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK
