Location: UK Site Based | OTE: Up to £60,000 OTE with Profit Share + Bonus + Benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Assembly and testing of high voltage equipment, including outdoor substations up to 132kV.
  • Conduct inspections, ductor testing, and quality checks to meet compliance.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Assist other members of the HV Installation team where possible and safe to do so.
  • Represent Powersystems professionally and uphold our core principles: Priority No.1 – Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, Professionalism, Pride, Partnership, and Proactivity.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ Years’ experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
  • Demonstrable experience with oxygen & propane brazing, and exothermic welding.
  • Experience working on New Installation High Voltage Switchgear is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of BS7671 regulations is advantageous.
  • Potential experience in mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK.
