What You’ll Do
As an Electrical Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the safe, effective and well-organised delivery of electrical installation works across renewable energy project sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising electrical works on new installation sites
- Working hands-on alongside supervisors to support safe and efficient site operations
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and clear guidance to site teams
- Supporting the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager with day-to-day people matters on site
- Working closely with the Project Engineer/Manager to help ensure projects are delivered on programme
- Promoting Powersystems’ core focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing across site teams and operators
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience managing sites involving complex electrical installations
- SMSTS training successfully completed
- The ability to quickly build rapport with site teams and earn the respect of colleagues and contractors
- Electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experience
- Experience with new installations in the energy sector would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
