What You'll Do

  • Oversee and supervise all electrical works on New Installations sites
  • Work hands on in conjunction with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams
  • Assist the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day to day people management issues on site
  • Liaise directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery
  • Instil a core embracement of Powersystems' values of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in site operators

What We're Looking For - Site Management

  • 3+ Years of site management experience on complex electrical installations
  • Successful completion of SMSTS training
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with and respect from site employees
  • Electrical Qualifications or Experience is desirable
  • New installation in the Energy Sector experience is advantageous
  • Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK
