Join Our Mission to Revolutionise Migrations! At PowerSyncPro, we’re on a mission to disrupt the mergers and acquisitions space with an innovative toolset that simplifies the migration process for both migration engineers and end users. You’ll play a key role in helping us evolve our solution into a scalable SaaS offering, building from the ground up and making it more accessible to organizations of all sizes. As part of our global team, you’ll collaborate with developers in both the UK and New Zealand, with a strong focus on UK-based working hours for meetings and teamwork. This is a remote-first opportunity, offering flexibility for you to define your own working schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of PowerSyncPro as a scalable SaaS platform, enhancing its capabilities for seamless migration solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and improve the product.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C# and .NET 8 (Core).
- Work on SQL Server back-end development (including stored procedures) and API integrations.
- Manage HTTPS/Certificates for secure communication and implement RPC (REST, SOAP, TCP) protocols.
- Collaborate with the team on design solutions and document your work at a high level in Wiki.
- Contribute to discussions, offering ideas and solutions while being open to feedback and new approaches.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with C# and Entity Framework.
- Proficient with .NET 8 (Core) using Visual Studio.
- Hands-on experience working remotely in a distributed development team.
- Expertise in working with HTTPS/Certificates for secure communications.
- Strong experience with SQL Server (including stored procedures).
- Familiarity with at least one form of RPC (REST, SOAP, TCP).
- Ability to document high-level technical work in a Wiki.
- Strong design skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to engage in open discussions and feedback.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with C++ and COM/Interop.
- Familiarity with Blazor, especially MudBlazor/Material.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (LDAP, Schema, Users/Groups/Computers, AD Join/Offline Join).
- Experience with Entra ID/Intune (Entra Join, Hybrid Join, Intune Enrollment).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 (NTFS permissions, Windows Profiles, M365 applications).
- Experience with MacOS (bash scripting, M365 applications).
- Familiarity with Azure WebApp, ACA, Front Door, KeyVault, Managed Applications, and SaaS software development.
- Proficient in PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
- Familiar with SaaS testing frameworks.
- Experience with WIX installers.
- Azure Administrator certification is a plus.
