Do you want to be a part of something special? Power Sheds are disrupting an entire industry. We have been trading since March 2019 and have been growing rapidly. We have two large manufacturing units in Bradford and have joined forces with the BSW group, allowing us to tap into their global structure to enable us to continue with our expansion plans. We make and supply premium wooden garden sheds and log cabins throughout the UK. We anticipate further rapid growth, which means there are huge opportunities for individuals coming into the company at this early stage.
We currently have vacancies within our small and busy customer service, sales and logistics teams, all who work closely together as part of the wider office function. You will be able to work at a fast pace, have excellent computer skills and love to help customers. These are varied and fast-paced positions.
- Customer Service Administrator: Learning about our products and services to assist customers and agents by phone and email. Supporting customers and agents with pre-sale questions and general enquiries. Handling customer and agent complaints efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. Managing customer issue resolution to uphold our strong service reputation. Actioning internal procedures such as cancellations, order changes, and basic sales enquiries. Providing back-up support to the Sales and Logistics teams when required. Performing general office administration such as scanning, printing, and data entry. Offering administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Sales Administrator: Liaising with customers, retailers, and influencers to provide quotations, respond to pre-sale enquiries, and assist with product selection. Learning our product range in detail to confidently advise on specifications, bespoke options, and suitability for customer needs. Preparing and issuing draft orders, pro-forma invoices, and other sales-related documents. Checking orders for accuracy and ensuring all details are processed correctly before dispatch. Coordinating with internal teams, including Logistics, Production, and Customer Service, to ensure order changes and lead times are met. Managing drop-ship items, including raising purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries. Maintaining accurate records in internal systems, including pricing, customer information, and order notes. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and report updates. Supporting the wider sales function with follow-ups, lead tracking, and general customer communication. Continually develop knowledge of company products, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and support business operations.
- Logistics Administrator: Coordinate and schedule customer and retailer deliveries, ensuring all shipments are arranged in line with order lead times and customer expectations. Liaise daily with third-party couriers, freight partners, and internal teams to plan, track, and execute deliveries efficiently. Oversee international shipments, including the preparation of export and customs documentation (full training provided). Monitor and update internal systems with delivery information, status notes, and tracking updates to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Proactively resolve delivery issues or delays, communicating with customers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction. Manage drop-ship orders, including ordering limited items from external suppliers when not dispatched directly from site. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on schedule. Perform general administrative duties, such as document management, scanning, printing, and data entry. Provide logistics and administrative support to other departments, including Sales and Customer Service, when required. Continually develop knowledge of company products, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and support business operations.
