Join Bauer Media Audio\’s Transformation & Delivery team as a Strategic Transformation Manager. You will join a small but high-impact group that partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple markets to deliver long-term strategy and innovate in a rapidly evolving industry.
The role involves designing and running strategic processes, supporting high-impact initiatives, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This position requires strategic influence and transformation, driving change at scale to achieve ambitious goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting market and cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives, including progress monitoring, risk identification, and challenge escalation to leadership.
- Building and managing business-wide strategic processes, such as business planning.
- Acting as a core member of the Transformation & Delivery team to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
The Skills you will bring:
Required:
- Extensive experience in strategic consultancy or leading strategic transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-level engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, anticipating challenges and resolving problems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Experience in digital media, audio, or entertainment sectors.
- Hybrid role based in London (Euston office), averaging 3 days per week in person, with occasional travel to Europe (up to 2 weeks per quarter).
