The Focus Of The Role

Were looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to craft engaging and effective digital assets across a range of platforms!

As our Digital Designer, you will play a key part in driving our visual communication strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence in everything from websites and social media to digital advertising and multimedia content.

Youll thrive in this role if you\’re organised, collaborative, and passionate about producing high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives across multiple companies.

This is a hybrid role, based from our Peterborough office for 2 days of the week.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process – from initial concept through to final delivery -across multiple digital channels.
Create visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, presenting concepts clearly through both verbal and visual communication.
Balance creativity with technical execution, ensuring deliverables are both beautiful and functional.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, contributing proactively and being open to feedback and iteration.

What Youll Bring

A proven amount of professional experience in digital design, supported by a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with other digital content creative platforms.
Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email design and rich-media creative content design.
Experience with motion design and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus but not essential.
Strong multitasking and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Experience with presentation design and brand storytelling is an advantage.
