PowerLink UK is a world leader in the energy equipment industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, dedicated team at our office in Sherburn in Elmet, near Leeds.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Logistics Supervisor with logistics booking and payment and stock management (cost control with logistics booking, including shipment, inland transport and container lifter etc).
- Assist the Logistics Supervisor with L/C and IPR management.
- Assist the Logistics Supervisor with marine and cargo insurance quotation and administration.
- Assist the Sales Manager and team with administration tasks.
- Assist the Sales Manager and team liaison with the existing accounts and potential accounts to make sure enquiries are handled professionally to maximise conversions into orders.
- Assist the Sales Manager and team manage sales orders, liaise externally and internally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Manager with purchase orders, liaise externally and internally to make sure the purchase is carried out in order and monitor stock levels.
- Manage departmental reporting, accurately collect and interpret relevant data to support organisation decision-making and delivery of task.
