An office-based Sales and Logistics Administrator is to provide sales administration and help manage logistics for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Logistics Supervisor with logistics booking and payment and stock management (Cost control with logistics booking, including shipment, inland transport and container lifter etc).
  • Assist the Logistics Supervisor with L/C and IPR management.
  • Assist the Logistics Supervisor with marine and cargo insurance quotation and administration.
  • Assist the Sales Manager and team with administration tasks.
  • Assist the Sales Manager and team liaison with the existing accounts and potential accounts to make sure enquiries are handled in a satisfactory way and turn into orders.
  • Assist the Sales Manager and team manage sales orders, liaise externally and internally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with purchase orders, liaise externally and internally to make sure the purchase is carried out in order and monitor the stock level.
  • Manage departmental reporting, accurately collect and interpret relevant data to support organisation decision-making and delivery of tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Educational Level: College or above.
  • Open minded, with excellent communication skills in literacy.
  • Good administration work skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred).
  • Candidate with international trade background in sales/logistics/documentation is preferred.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office.
