Powerlete is a UK-based, family-run activewear brand empowering a growing community through affordable, high-quality gymwear designed to move with you, in and out of the gym. We are on the hunt for a creative, confident Social Media & Content Assistant who lives and breathes social media. Someone who is genuinely obsessed with creating scroll-stopping content, spotting trends before they peak, and coming up with fresh ideas that make people stop mid-scroll.
This isn’t a "help out and make coffee" kind of role - we are looking for someone ready to take ownership, grow with us, and become a key part of a small, ambitious team. You will work closely with our founder to:
- Create and edit Reels, TikToks and photo content that feels authentic, trend-led and true to Powerlete.
- Jump on trending sounds, memes and moments - and find ways to make them fit the brand.
- Plan and post daily content across social platforms, tracking what performs and what doesn’t.
- Join campaign shoots and help bring new creative ideas to life.
- Be part of brainstorms for launches, campaigns and community moments.
We are a small team with big energy, so if you are ready to grow fast, take creative risks, and be part of something that is genuinely building momentum - let’s talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and post TikToks, Reels and UGC-style content that fits Powerlete's tone and community.
- Help manage our social pages - planning, scheduling and engaging with our community online.
- Support campaigns, photoshoots and ambassador projects.
- Assist with emails and marketing materials (don’t worry, we’ll train you on tools like Klaviyo).
- Bring new ideas, spot trends, and help shape how Powerlete shows up online.
You’ll Love This If You:
- Have a genuine interest in social media, marketing, fitness or fashion.
- Want to learn how ecommerce brands actually grow.
- Are organised, proactive and love variety.
- Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team.
- Are creative and confident sharing ideas.
- Can handle a fast-paced environment (we move quickly and wear many hats).
What You’ll Get:
- Real-world experience across marketing, ecommerce and brand building.
- Flexible hours and hybrid working.
- Free gymwear.
- Training, mentorship and the chance to grow with us.
- Involvement in exciting campaigns and events.
- A foot in the door to both the brand and agency world.
To apply: Send us a short email or message telling us a bit about you and why this sounds like your vibe. No big formal cover letter needed - just show us who you are.
