- Lead daily Padel operations — ensuring safe, smooth and high-quality experiences for all players.
- Grow participation through leagues, coaching, events and community partnerships.

- Drive local marketing and sales activity to hit participation and revenue targets.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within sport, leisure or hospitality.
- Confident, people-focused and passionate about growing the game.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.
- LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification is desirable
