Base pay range

£20‑£35 per hour, dependent on experience.

We’re launching 4 covered padel courts at our Stoke Trentham Lakes club in February 2025 and we need freelance padel coaches to help run our coaching programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train adult and junior groups, ensuring our community receives exceptional coaching.
• Provide instruction on technique, stroke production, strategy, and adapt coaching to different skill levels.
• Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
• Promote equality of opportunity, recognise needs of different groups and individuals, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers.

Requirements

• Have and maintain a Level 2 padel coaching qualification and LTA accreditation.
• Proven experience as a padel coach and a passion for padel.
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Effective communication skills (fluent in English).
• Good time management skills.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• DBS checked.
