What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating an unbeatable experience for our Padel players, from friendly first impressions to matchday magic
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our Padel courts - from bookings and equipment to cleanliness and court safety
  • Engaging with customers, sharing your love for Padel, and growing our Padel community through events, tournaments, and social media
  • Helping to deliver first-class service in a fast-paced, fun environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for Padel, racket sports or sport in general
  • A team player with energy, confidence and a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
