What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
- Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
- Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
- Train, coach and motivate the team – you’ll be a key part of our leadership pipeline
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
- Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
