The Role As General Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the success of your venue.
You'll lead from the front, creating an environment where your team can thrive, customers have a fantastic experience and commercial results follow.
You'll be equally comfortable coaching your management team, driving commercial performance, developing community partnerships and supporting the operation during busy trading periods.
Working closely with your Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, improve standards and influence the future success of your business.
Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team Deliver revenue, profit, utilisation and customer satisfaction targets Drive local sales, community engagement and business development opportunities Create an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business Recruit, coach and develop future leaders Manage budgets, control costs and maximise commercial performance Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence Build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture Use data and performance insight to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement About You We're looking for leaders who know how to run a busy operation, build strong teams and deliver commercial results.
