The Powerleague Leadership Programme offers a unique opportunity to thrive in the dynamic sports and leisure industry, aligning with our company's mission to provide exceptional customer experiences. Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across various departments, including Club Operations, People (HR/Recruitment & Learning and Development), League Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance. This diverse exposure ensures a well‑rounded understanding of our business operations and prepares you for future leadership roles.
Upon joining, you'll undergo a comprehensive company orientation, followed by a series of training workshops focused on people practices, management techniques, and continuous development. Throughout the programme, you'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and receive professional coaching. We're here to support your growth and development every step of the way.
We're seeking candidates with a degree, preferably in sports or leisure, and prior experience in leisure, sports, or customer‑facing roles. A genuine enthusiasm for customer service, a proactive mindset, and eligibility to work in the UK are essential qualities we look for in our candidates.
