We’re expanding our padel offering across our clubs and are looking for enthusiastic freelance coaches to deliver exceptional sessions to players of all ages and levels. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality padel coaching sessions for adults and juniors, both group and 1‑to‑1.
- Provide expert instruction on technique, stroke production, footwork, match strategy and overall player development.
- Adapt coaching styles to suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced players.
- Promote an inclusive, positive and safe environment for all players.
What We’re Looking For
- LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.
- Proven experience coaching padel with a genuine passion for growing the sport.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
- Strong time management and flexibility in working hours.
- DBS checked (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to represent our club values and deliver exceptional customer experience.
