We’re looking for energetic, committed and confident self‑employed coaches. Self-Employed Kids Party Coaches Required at Powerleague lead a range of children’s activities — including football parties, holiday camps and weekly sessions — while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

About Powerleague: Powerleague is the UK’s original and largest provider of small‑sided football. Our state‑of‑the‑art pitches and venues are a community hub, a place where people come together to play, connect and grow. Within our Venue Operations, we also run over 350 football leagues each week, offering 5, 6 or 7 a‑side games.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead fun, engaging and age‑appropriate football sessions for children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all participants.
  • Support events such as birthday parties, holiday camps and community programmes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to children, parents and visitors.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, safeguarding and venue standards are met at all times.

What You’ll Need:

  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check.
  • FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of child development and sensitivity to children’s needs.
  • Ability to engage, motivate and support children of varying ages.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
  • Basic First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
