The Role As a Powerleague Referee, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding league nights.
You’ll be at the heart of the action—ensuring games run smoothly, fairly, and with brilliant customer experience at every stage.
Key Responsibilities In this fast-paced and varied role, you will: Officiate multiple league games each shift to a high and consistent standard Ensure fair play and a professional delivery of all matches Provide exceptional, customer-first support—ensuring players leave the pitch having had a world-class experience Manage equipment (bibs, balls, cones) and minimise stock loss Handle general customer questions and match-day queries Build rapport with teams to encourage long-term loyalty Check the pitch and playing surface to ensure it meets health & safety requirements Deliver basic first aid when needed and follow correct incident-reporting procedures Accurately record and report match scores ✔️ Requirements Essential A genuine passion for people and providing top-quality service Experience in a customer-facing role with proven customer service skills Desirable First aid training DBS check FA qualification If you're passionate about football, great with people, and love the buzz of match nights, we’d love to hear from you!
