Powerleague - the UK’s leading provider of small-sided football - is expanding into the exciting world of Padel Tennis, one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. We’re looking for a dynamic, sport-loving individual to become a full time Padel Team Member at Powerleague Bolton to support us with the opening of our brand new, state of the art padel courts currently in development.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating an unbeatable experience for our Padel players, from friendly first impressions to matchday magic
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our Padel courts - from bookings and equipment to cleanliness and court safety
- Engaging with customers, sharing your love for Padel, and growing our Padel community through events, tournaments, and social media
- Helping to deliver first-class service in a fast-paced, fun environment
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for Padel, racket sports or sport in general
- A team player with energy, confidence and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
