• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
• Support match nights, social events and club activities
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch‑side
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well‑organised
• Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

• A people‑person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential
