What You’ll Be Doing: Lead by Example: Support and energise your team to deliver 5-star service and unforgettable football moments. All About the People: Help train, coach and motivate your crew from bar staff to match-day heroes. Operations Pro: Get hands-on experience with day-to-day club management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Customer Obsessed: Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience, whether they’re here for a casual kickabout or a cup final. What You’ll Bring: Experience in Sport & Leisure, Hospitality, Leisure, or Retail — bonus points if it’s management-level. A natural leader who loves getting stuck in and motivating others.
