Role Purpose
To support the overall management of the club and to take full responsibility in the absence of the Club Manager (CM) and Assistant Manager (AM). To ensure high standards are met in all operational areas of the club, whilst also delivering outstanding customer service to all our visitors. Ensure all enquiries and bookings are managed, resulting in sales, increased revenues and repeat business where possible.
The Essence of the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operations: Support CM and AM in the management of the club, taking full responsibility in their absence.
- Maintain knowledge of all promotional activities, across all products to support with sales generation.
- Work with the team to drive growth of the club to meet quarterly targets.
- Provide correct and up to date information to customer enquiries, encouraging sales when possible.
- Assist in administration and control of cash handling.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple functions in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Undertake administrative tasks providing handover as required to the management team.
- Manage requests from our support office team, providing information or feedback as requested.
- Report and provide daily updates to the Regional Operations Manager, as required.

- Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
