Based in Leeds and due to their continued growth, they are currently recruiting an Embedded Software Engineer to join their business. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement embedded software for a variety of industrial applications.
Embedded Software Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test embedded software systems for AVR and ARM platforms.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs to support automation, ensuring seamless communication between software and hardware.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debussing of embedded software.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, systems architects, and team members to develop integrated solutions and provide technical support during design and deployment.
- Stay updated on advancements in embedded systems and PLC technology.
- Prepare detailed documentation for software design, integration testing, and maintenance.
Embedded Software Engineer – Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in embedded software development.
- Strong PLC programming with Allen-Bradley or equivalent.
