Therapists to join our growing team in Northampton, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Whether you are an experienced Band 7 therapist, a Band 6 professional looking to grow,
or a newly qualified Band 5 with a passion for Complex Needs and AAC, we’d love to hear

The Role:
- Deliver direct therapy and support for young people with complex needs across
- community and educational settings.
- Plan and manage your own caseload and interventions to achieve measurable
- outcomes.
- Supervise junior team members and support student training, fostering growth in
- others.
- Play an active role in shaping and enhancing our integrated service delivery model.

- Experience or interest in AAC and integrated therapy models.
- Flexibility to travel between community locations as needed.
