We’re expanding!

We're looking for dedicated therapists who are ready to make a real impact in the lives of children and young adults with communication needs and have a special interest in AAC or Complex Needs.

Location: Northampton or Hertfordshire/ North London (separate posts)

Grade: Any grade welcome to apply. Full training and career pathway to the next banding

are offered within this role.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available

Salary: Competitive, based on experience. In house pay system.

Therapists to join our growing team in Northampton, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Whether you are an experienced Band 7 therapist, a Band 6 professional looking to grow,

or a newly qualified Band 5 with a passion for Complex Needs and AAC, we’d love to hear

The Role:

  • Deliver direct therapy and support for young people with complex needs across
  • community and educational settings.
  • Plan and manage your own caseload and interventions to achieve measurable
  • outcomes.
  • Supervise junior team members and support student training, fostering growth in
  • others.
  • Play an active role in shaping and enhancing our integrated service delivery model.
